Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a hands-on, packaging, Maintenance Mechanic with strong electrical and control component troubleshooting skills, to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to maintain and repair production packaging equipment, troubleshoot and repair control panels, and ensure our packaging lines run safely and efficiently, with emphasis on throughput.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment, control panels, sensors, drives, and motor controls.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs to packaging equipment
• Support electrical and mechanical facility projects under the Maintenance Manager
• Enter accurate maintenance data in RedZone and CMMS
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain tech support and / or repair parts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance or electrical/mechanical experience
• Ability to diagnose control and electrical issues (PLCs, sensors, relays, motors)
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn advanced electrical work
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
