Maintenance Technician

Installation & Commissioning

• Install, inspect, and test air conditioning and refrigeration systems (Split, Cassette, VRV/VRF, Package Units, Chillers, Cold Rooms, etc.).
• Assist in system commissioning, balancing, and troubleshooting during setup.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in compressors, motors, electrical controls, gas charging, filters, and piping.
• Maintain optimum performance and energy efficiency of all systems.

3. Breakdown & Emergency Repairs

• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and ensure quick restoration of equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of service and repair history.

4. Monitoring & Documentation

• Regularly monitor temperature, pressure, and humidity levels.
• Maintain logbooks for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, refrigerators, and other cooling equipment.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports and equipment checklists.

5. Vendor & Material Management

• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, gas refilling, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Manage inventory of refrigerants, filters, and consumables.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols related to handling refrigerants and electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and energy efficiency guidelines.
• Participate in fire and safety drills as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
