Maintenance Technician

• Install, service, and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
• Maintain air handling units (AHUs), chillers, ducting, VRV/VRF systems, and split units.
• Regularly check temperature, humidity, and air pressure levels in critical areas (ICUs, OTs, labs).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or control-related issues in HVAC systems.
• Ensure air quality standards (filtration, fresh air circulation) meet NABH/JCI hospital requirements.
• Follow biomedical and infection control protocols while working in sterile zones.
• Optimize HVAC systems to reduce power consumption while maintaining required parameters.
• Maintain logbooks and prepare maintenance reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
