Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance

• Attend all guest room and public area maintenance requests.
• Perform minor repairs including carpentry, painting, polishing, and fixture replacements.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and identify maintenance needs.

Electrical

• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, switches, sockets, and basic electrical issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of electrical panels and equipment.

Plumbing

• Repair leaks, blockages, faucets, flush tanks, and bathroom fixtures.
• Maintain water supply lines, pumps, and drainage systems.

HVAC / Mechanical

• Assist in servicing split units, ventilation fans, exhaust systems, and basic AC complaints.
• Support HVAC technicians during major repairs or PM schedules.

Equipment & Utility

• Take daily readings of pumps, DG sets, panels, boilers, and utility equipment.
• Report any abnormalities to higher staff immediately.

Safety & Documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE during work.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Ensure maintenance tools are kept in good condition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
