Location: Islamabad
Experience: 4–5 years
Qualification: DAE in Electrical or Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in PLC-based intelligent machines.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform lubrication, calibration, adjustments, and replacement of worn-out parts.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and schedules.
• Arrange and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and verify completed work through post-repair inspections and testing.
• Identify critical spare parts and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong expertise in electrical wiring, mechanical dies, punch repair/sharpening, and PLC-based machine fault rectification.
• Knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, stepper motors, DC motors, and induction motors.
• Experience with pneumatic cylinders, actuators, and linear/angular moving parts.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, PLC, HMI, power supplies, PCB circuit boards, and computers.
• Understanding of dies, punches, CNC milling, and control wiring.
• Proficient with relays, timers, magnetic contactors, optical, inductive, and capacitive sensors.
• Skilled in using maintenance tools and instruments.
