Job Summary

We are hiring ITI Freshers for the role of Service PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance). The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and service support of installed systems at customer sites in Gurugram.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled service plans.
• Assist in inspection, testing, and basic servicing of installed equipment/systems.
• Identify minor faults and report issues to the service engineer or supervisor.
• Maintain service logs, PPM checklists, and basic documentation.
• Support installation, maintenance, and breakdown service activities when required.
• Coordinate with the service team for daily tasks and site visits.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and safety practices at sites.
• Interact politely with customers and follow company service guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

• ITI qualification in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / relevant trade.
• Basic knowledge of electrical or electronic systems (training will be provided).
• Willingness to travel within Gurugram for site visits.
• Good learning attitude and readiness to work in field service roles.
• Basic communication and reporting skills.
