Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Tower Technician to join our telecom operations team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair work on telecom towers and related equipment. This role requires physical fitness, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and dismantling of telecom tower equipment
• Climbing telecom towers safely to perform assigned tasks
• Installation and alignment of antennas, RRUs, microwave dishes, and cables
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on tower sites
• Troubleshooting network and equipment faults
• Following all safety procedures and using safety gear properly
• Coordinating with site engineers and supervisors
• Maintaining job reports and service documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Telecom preferred)
• No fear of heights and physically fit for tower climbing
• Basic knowledge of telecom tools, cabling, and equipment
• Willingness to travel and work at different sites
• Ability to work in shifts and outdoor environments
• Fresher candidates can apply

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecom tower installation or maintenance
• Understanding of BTS, GSM, LTE, or 5G equipment
• Basic electrical and networking knowledge
• Good teamwork and communication skills
