Maintenance Technician

A Granules Extruder Machine Maintenance Technician/Operator is responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of plastic extrusion and pelletizing equipment. This role blends routine maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and operational monitoring to maximize uptime and product quality.

Key Responsibilities - Preventive & Routine Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean machine components, including dies, barrels, screws, and filters (screen changers) to prevent buildup and contamination.
• Lubrication: Lubricate moving parts, bearings, and gearbox components to reduce friction and wear.
• Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of equipment to identify leaks, loose parts, or irregularities.
• Calibration: Check and calibrate temperature sensors, pressure gauges, and feeders for accuracy.
• Parts Replacement: Replace worn-out dies, screens, and basic components.
• Logs & Records: Maintain accurate records of downtime, maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols (LOTO - Lockout/Tagout), use PPE, and keep the work area hazard-free.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
