Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of hospital infrastructure and equipment
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from OPD, IP wards, ICU, OT, pharmacy, lab, and other departments
• Maintain electrical systems including lighting, power supply, UPS, DG backup coordination
• Support plumbing maintenance, water supply systems, and drainage management
• Assist in HVAC system monitoring (AC units, ventilation systems, OT air quality support)
• Ensure proper functioning of lifts, medical gas pipeline coordination (with vendor), and fire safety systems
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule to avoid breakdowns
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC services
• Maintain records/logs of maintenance activities, service schedules, and breakdown reports
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, NABH requirements, and infection control protocols
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate technical support

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
