Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carry out routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of hospital infrastructure and equipment</li><li>Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from OPD, IP wards, ICU, OT, pharmacy, lab, and other departments</li><li>Maintain electrical systems including lighting, power supply, UPS, DG backup coordination</li><li>Support plumbing maintenance, water supply systems, and drainage management</li><li>Assist in HVAC system monitoring (AC units, ventilation systems, OT air quality support)</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of lifts, medical gas pipeline coordination (with vendor), and fire safety systems</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule to avoid breakdowns</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC services</li><li>Maintain records/logs of maintenance activities, service schedules, and breakdown reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, NABH requirements, and infection control protocols</li><li>Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate technical support</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Maintenance Technician

Qualification<ul><li>DCP (Diploma in Clinical Pathology) &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>Registration with Tamil Nadu Medical Council (or relevant Medical Council)</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in hospital diagnostic laboratory (freshers can also apply)</li></ul>Job SummaryThe Lab Doctor (DCP) will be responsible for supervising laboratory operations, validating diagnostic reports, ensuring quality control, and supporting clinicians with accurate and timely laboratory results.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostic &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Review, interpret and validate laboratory reports (biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, clinical pathology).</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timely release of patient reports.</li><li>Provide critical value alerts to clinicians as per hospital protocol.</li></ul>Laboratory Operations<ul><li>Supervise daily functioning of laboratory technicians and phlebotomists.</li><li>Ensure proper sample collection, handling, processing, and storage.</li><li>Monitor internal and external quality control programs.</li></ul>Clinical Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with consultants for case discussions and clarification of results.</li><li>Assist clinicians in test selection and interpretation when required.</li><li>Support emergency services with urgent lab reporting.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure NABH and statutory compliance in all lab processes.</li><li>Maintain documentation, records, and audit readiness.</li><li>Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.</li></ul>Equipment &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.</li><li>Monitor reagent usage and stock levels.</li><li>Adhere to safety standards within the laboratory.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 6 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
