Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-hand

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician with 1+ years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Handle PLC-based machines (basic troubleshooting preferred)
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines
• Coordinate with production team to reduce machine downtime

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Electrical panels, wiring, motors, sensors, contactors, relays
• Understanding of Mechanical components like bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics & hydraulics
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems is an added advantage
• Ability to read electrical drawings / mechanical diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiner preferred
• Ready to work in shifts
• Hardworking and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
