Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities. The role will also encompass maintaining compliance with safety protocols, addressing maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring facilities remain in optimal working condition. Effective communication and collaboration with team members will be a key part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair of building systems and equipment
• Capability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in property or facility maintenance preferred
