The Opportunity

As a Maintenance Technician, you are more than a service provider — you are a trusted advisor to homeowners.

You will:

  • Perform professional HVAC maintenance on residential systems
  • Educate homeowners on system condition and efficiency
  • Present clear, honest repair and upgrade options
  • Document findings with photos and written reports
  • Protect the customer’s home and deliver a five-star experience
  • Maintain truck stock, tools, and job documentation
  • Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate membership benefits and long-term solutions
  • Track and improve performance metrics

Who Thrives Here

You’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of HVAC experience
  • Hold a valid EPA Certification
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Take pride in clean work and clear communication

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Working indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Climbing ladders and working in attics/crawlspaces
  • Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs (more with assistance)
  • Working occasionally at heights of 15+ feet
