Maintenance Technician

· Visit assigned stores/outlets regularly to perform inspections and preventive maintenance.

· Maintain and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units.

· Diagnose equipment faults and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs.

· Ensure all electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems are functioning properly.

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

· Complete preventive maintenance checklists and maintain service records.

· Report major equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement.

· Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

· Coordinate with store teams to minimize operational disruption.

· Maintain tools and ensure proper use of spare parts.

· Perform any other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

• Technical certificate or relevant maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
• Ability to travel between stores and work flexible hours when required.
• Willingness to learn and support the maintenance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD180.000 - BD200.000 per month
