Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment through hands-on technical skills, troubleshooting expertise, and a commitment to quality. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and facility infrastructure. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and uphold safety standards.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of our hotel rooms ,exterior area and structural components to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including residential painting, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Supervise or collaborate with team members on complex projects, demonstrating leadership and ensuring safety compliance.
• Read technical schematics and diagrams to guide repairs or installations effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for maintenance support.
• Property Clean up, Power washing and blowing debris
• Paining and make readies
• Pool cleaning
• work order

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance .
• Knowledge of paint work and dry wall repair
• Preferred maintenance expericne of 1 year but we will guide to right candidate

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
