What You’ll Do:

✔ Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances

✔ Complete make-ready units in a timely and efficient manner

✔ Maintain the service shop—safe, organized, and well-stocked

✔ Assist and oversee vendors and contractors as needed

✔ Support daily service requests and respond promptly to resident work orders

✔ Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (2 weeks per month) and occasional weekend availability

✔ Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and up to URS standards

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environment

✔ HVAC certification required; EPA/CPO preferred

✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades

✔ Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively

✔ Customer-focused mindset and positive, professional attitude

✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
