Maintenance Technician

• Performing preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment and operating systems.
• Maintain Production and Facility Equipment to promote UP time and lessen Downtime.
• Clean and inspect equipment, repair/replace broken parts.
• Maintain machinery according to Preventative Maintenance Program
• Troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area with proper housekeeping and origination of tools and supplies.
• Coordinating and performing duties related to all maintenance such as servicing, repair of facilities equipment including machinery maintenance task.
• Track maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Comply with all Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Fabricate and install new equipment.
• Utilize safe work habits.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory.

Education/Qualifications:

Minimum Two-year technical degree in Mechanical OR Electrical OR related field or equivalent is required.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3-5 experience in Performing Maintenance of CNC Machines is required.
