Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and using technical manuals.
• Operate power tools such as leaf blowers, power saw, welders, and other diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately.
• Grounds keeping.
• General maintenance inside motel rooms.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including residential painting, carpentry repairs, and general building upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with hands-on skills in mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to equipment.
• Experience with residential painting are highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with customer service orientation to address internal client needs professionally.
