MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Parkside at South Apartments; Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; Weekend availability required

Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $26.00, based on experience; $150/week on-call bonus

Parkside of South Tryon Apartments is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our community continues to be a place residents are proud to call home.

In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.
