Maintenance Technician

For 40+ years, our client has been a premier developer and operator of communities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Headquartered in Baltimore, they combine innovative architectural designs, high quality construction and legendary community management. T hey currently have an immediate need for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work in the Glen Burnie area at two of their premier properties. The ideal candidate will have 4 years' experience as a Maintenance Tech in a multi-family residential, assisted living or commercial office building property, have a Universal CFC license, personal vehicle and a high school diploma.

This qualified Maintenance Tech will perform the following:

• Assist in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment community.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Inspect building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs.
• Respond to service requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Perform duties according to (OSHA) standards and follows company policies.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures .
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Salary commensurate with qualifications.
