Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Memphis, TN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring the efficient operation of facilities. The role requires collaboration with other team members to address maintenance concerns promptly and support the overall property management goals. Attention to safety and compliance is critical in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair for Apartment Communities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to address maintenance needs efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to task management
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in maintenance or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance is a plus
• Physical capacity to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions
