Maintenance Technician

Eastridge Apartments, a locally owned, residential community located in Bristol, VA is in search of a Full Time Maintenance Technician. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in the field and must be proficient in, but not limited to, the following:

• HVAC repair and maintenance (certification/licensing required)
• Proficient in Electrical, Plumbing and Appliance repairs
• General carpentry (including framing, tile work, flooring and drywall finishing)
• Unit make ready and turnovers for lease
• Executing tenant work orders with exacting standards
• Inventory/Supply management

To be qualified all candidates MUST be able to pass a drug test and background check, have reliable transportation and have basic tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
