Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of painting
• Basic plumbing skills
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and motivated

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and repairs
• Assist with apartment turns/make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Support the team with daily maintenance needs
