Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Summary:

This position is responsible for all tasks assigned and observed that will ensure the best quality service to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education – High School graduate or equivalent

2. Experience 3- 5 years of building maintenance a plus.

3. Must be self-starting, hardworking, and honest

Duties and responsibilities:

 General maintenance, which includes but is not limited to, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, carpentry etc.

 Smart phone proficient with the ability to create and close work orders as well as clock in and out with an app.

 Operate multiple computer systems which control air conditioning, security, fire alarm, and CCT

 Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers.

 To assist team members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service.

 This position requires physical dexterity and strength. This position requires the ability to climb ladders, climb stairs, work overhead for extended periods of time.
