Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Pool maintenance
• Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Repair and maintain various appliances, HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or renovations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to ensure safety and operational continuity.Requirements
