Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Joliet, IL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of facility equipment and operations. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, and executing repairs on industrial systems and machinery. The role requires effective troubleshooting skills to maintain uninterrupted functionality at the facility and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair processes related to industrial settings
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training are a plus
• Prior experience in a production or industrial facility is highly desirable
