Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property located in Hollywood, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the building's physical integrity, performing repairs, addressing service requests, and ensuring the property is well-kept and safe for residents. Key duties include general maintenance, troubleshooting, inspecting units, preventive maintenance, and resolving both routine and emergency maintenance issues. This is an on-site role that requires excellent time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills, including plumbing, HVAC repairs, electrical systems, and carpentry
• Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems
• Proficiency in safely handling and operating tools and equipment
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for addressing repairs efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents and team members
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
