Maintenance Technician

🕒 2nd Shift (1:30pm–10:00pm) OR 3rd Shift (10:00pm–6:30am)

A growing industrial manufacturing facility in the Quitman, GA area is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment
• Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to reduce downtime
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience required
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and bearings
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
  

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm–10:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:30am
