A growing industrial manufacturing facility in the Quitman, GA area is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems
-
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment
-
Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems
-
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to reduce downtime
-
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
-
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
-
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts
Qualifications
-
Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
-
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
-
Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience required
-
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and bearings
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Schedule
-
2nd Shift: 1:30pm–10:00pm
-
3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:30am
