Maintenance Technician

LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team in Stockport. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to uphold the highest standards of quality and performance.

Welcome Bonus: £2000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,700 with potential OTE up to £45,000

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose faults accurately and carry out effective repairs
• Maintain detailed records of service and repairs performed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle condition and service recommendations
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar automotive maintenance role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially electric and hybrid vehicle systems
