Maintenance Technician

Seeking Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community. Hourly rate commensurate with Experience and HVAC Certification. Work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/Resident Manager to provide market ready units and perform service requests in a timely manner.

• Assist and works under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property. Responsible for maintaining cleaned and repaired condition of property interiors, exteriors, and site using company-supplied materials and equipment.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies and appropriate levels.
• Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to company operating and safety standards.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and prioritizing service requests and ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to always ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance supervisor with turnkey operations and ensuring that vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Adherence to company’s safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors.
