Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs with precision. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct inspections of building systems to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Utilize schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical problems accurately.
• Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or renovations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
• Respond swiftly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Skills

• Extensive experience in appliance repair and general equipment maintenance.
• Proven service technician experience with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively.
• Solid mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on skills in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within construction environments or during facility upgrades is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure.
