Maintenance Technician

Seeking maintenance technician with experience and skills of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, painting, HVAC, etc.

Compensation:

$12 - $15

Responsibilities:

• Basic maintenance of the hotel including all common areas as well as Guest Rooms, and job assign by Manager
• Routine Repairs
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall work
• Plumbing repairs i.e. fixtures, sinks, faucets, tubs, caulking, leaks, toilets
• Upgraded and troubleshoot electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems and make minor repairs and/or replacement
• Maintain the exterior and "curb appeal" as required
• Exterior painting and cleaning
• Pool Maintenance daily, CPO certified preferred
• Custodial Duties including trash pickup throughout the property
• Change guest room door locks, Experience in digital lock system troubleshoot and repair,
• Setting up event space with tables and chair
• Effectively communicate with Guests as well as all departments to coordinate work orders from Housekeeping and Manager.
• Regular maintain HVAC system, PTAC unit, clean replace filters, vents, Grills,
• Complete work order in timely manner,
• Make sure order and stock common parts inventory
• Follow SOP’s, Documentation,
• Complete Preventive maintenance as required by schedule, as per bran standard, government regulation, and knowledge for local governing laws.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic plumbing
• Knowledge of basic electrical
• Knowledge of flooring
• Painting and sheetrock
• Must have own tools set
• Troubleshooting ability
• Pool Maintenance
• Able to take direction from Management and provide daily work log

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
