Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Tech to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of all plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. This position is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting efficient production.

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on all manufacturing equipment; including laser cutters, folders, and welders, according to schedule.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions in a timely manner to restore equipment to service.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals for effective troubleshooting and repair.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, parts used, and equipment history.

Ensure all work adheres to company safety protocols, OSHA, and relevant regulatory standards.

Assist in the installation, relocation, or modification of plant equipment and utility systems.

Support the Continuous Improvement process by identifying and implementing long-term solutions for recurring equipment failures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and storage areas.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the sheet metal industry.

2 or more years of experience working with an Amada laser cutting machine

2 or more years of experience working with press brakes

Competency in industrial electrical systems, including 480V three-phase circuits, controls, and PLCs (basic understanding).

Experience in sheet metal processes (laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, assembly)

Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
