The Maintenance Technician provides technical support for electrical and engineering challenges within a manufacturing environment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, assembling and repairing electrical systems, and collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
- Pay Range: $25-30 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
- Work Location: Onsite - Mooresville, North Carolina 28115
- Shift: 2 (1:45 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Provide technical assistance for electrical and engineering issues during all phases of construction.
- Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and solve developmental problems.
- Analyze test information to resolve design-related issues.
- Create or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications for experimental electronics.
- Install, repair, modify, and upgrade industrial control systems, including PLC systems.
- Assist in the design, evaluation, and repair of electrical equipment.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
