Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AC repairing, plumbing, and general maintenance work.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, diagnosing and fixing technical issues promptly, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of AC units and related equipment.
• Handle plumbing work including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with other general building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs and report major issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AC repair and plumbing work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment and tools.
• DAE / Technical diploma or relevant certification preferred.
