Your Day-to-Day

Complete resident work orders and apartment turnovers
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Handle interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
Conduct preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep
Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks)

✅ What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
Working knowledge of:
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
- Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.)
- Gas and electric water heaters
EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation
