Part-time | $17.00-$18.00/hour I 20 hours per week

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable maintenance team member to use their interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the residents living in our independent senior living community with compassion and integrity by performing general maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work. Problem-solving and time management skills are necessary. Leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Experience
• HVAC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Driver’s License
