Maintenance Technician (Dairy Processing Plant)

Key Responsibilities1. Electrical Maintenance

• Perform routine electrical inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, panels, wiring, and control systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations

2. Pasteurizer Maintenance

• Operate, monitor, and maintain pasteurization equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure hygienic operating conditions
• Troubleshoot temperature, pressure, and flow-related issues

3. Homogenizer Maintenance

• Inspect and maintain homogenizer systems for efficient operation
• Replace worn parts such as valves, seals, and pistons
• Monitor performance to maintain product quality standards

4. Pouch Packing Machine Maintenance

• Ensure smooth functioning of pouch packing machines
• Perform routine servicing and calibration
• Troubleshoot sealing, filling, and mechanical issues

5. Ammonia Compressor Maintenance

• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration compressors
• Monitor pressure, temperature, and safety parameters
• Detect and respond to ammonia leaks and ensure safe handling procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in dairy or food processing industry
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and processing machinery
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems (ammonia-based) is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
