Job Overview

We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician with electrical knowledge. You will be maintaining and repairing, production, QA and facilities equipment as required. Able to understand and execute assigned Preventive Maintenance duties.

Duties

• Run new air power lines on manufacturing floor
• Maintain, inspect and repair, warehouse, production and building equipment.
• Troubleshoot new equipment and participate in fabrication of new equipment.
• Participate in Kaizen / continuous improvement activities.
• Document activities through maintenance management software (Limble)
• Perform all tasks while following company safety standards

Skills

• Ability to interact with manufacturing peers and other production support teams and communicate effectively
• Motivated to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed expeditiously
• Must be able to understand basic measurement and equipment industrial manuals of operation

Experience and Education:

• Manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Electrical experience highly desired
• High School diploma required.
• HVAC, Electrical, Weld certifications preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Will be required to perform tasks in two facilities (approx. 1 mile apart)
• Able to work Overtime and On Call as required

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
