Job Purpose
The MST Technician – HVAC / HVAC Technician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, resolving technical issues, and handling emergency HVAC situations in assigned properties. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, analyze, and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems at assigned sites.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC equipment such as water chillers, VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems, rooftop units, and related systems as per schedules.

Attend and resolve HVAC-related emergencies, including on-call duties.

Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technical enhancements to the Operations Manager.

Supervise preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance activities carried out by the Maintenance Team.

Provide technical support and training to Operations and Maintenance staff.

Maintain accurate records of emergency responses, completed tasks, equipment repairs, and required spare parts/tools.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all maintenance activities.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager.
Education
Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or professional certification in HVAC Systems.

Valid UAE Driver’s License.

Health and Safety certification preferred.
Experience
-
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician in property management, facilities management, or building maintenance environments.

Strong knowledge of HVAC installations, VRV systems, chillers, rooftop units, and related systems.

Broad technical expertise and adaptability across various HVAC systems.
