Seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Vintage Apartments.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner</li><li>
Paint and pick up grounds</li><li>
Painting</li><li>
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair</li><li>
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements</li><li>
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas</li><li>
Provide residents with outstanding customer service</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h3><ul><li>
At least 2 plus of onsite experience</li><li>
Possess valid Identification</li><li>
Full Time Position</li></ul>

Pay Rate: $23 per hour
