Maintenance Technician HVAC

Description:

Terra Lake Heights Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Daytona Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of onsite apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification required
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Own tools required
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
