Maintenance Technician I

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Crescent o South Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job..
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often time’s overhead.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
• Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement

What are we looking for?

• 6-12 months previous experience
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the work day
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
