Your Opportunity: Maintenance Technician II

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support the ongoing care and efficiency of our apartment communities. This role combines hands-on technical work with resident interaction—ideal for a dependable team player with strong troubleshooting skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform turnover apartments and flooring installations
• Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC and/or EPA Certification required.
