Your Opportunity: Maintenance Technician III

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician III to lead and mentor our on-site maintenance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge who ensures our properties remain in top condition and our residents receive outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily maintenance operations and assign work tasks to the team.
• Perform advanced repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and complex repair projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering professional growth.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with all codes and policies.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of advanced property maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
• HVAC and EPA Universal Certification required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
