Maintenance Technician IV - Oak Ridge

Location: Mobile, AL (The Crossings at Pinebrook)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: Based on experience; $1,000 sign on bonus

About the Opportunity

Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support one of our apartment communities in Mobile, AL.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers, and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Help maintain curb appeal and overall community appearance
• Follow all OSHA and safety regulations
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repairs
• EPA & HVAC certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
