Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of residential units and common areas to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities

Complete service requests (work orders) in a timely manner

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of units and buildings

Troubleshoot and repair:

HVAC systems

Plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixtures)

Electrical (outlets, lighting, minor wiring)

Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make-readies)

Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems

Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation)

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school a plus)

2-5+ years of maintenance experience (residential or commercial)

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently

Basic computer skills for work order systems
