Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of maintenance and engineering works in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner within specified time frames.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned work orders and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Resolve technical problems and identify required actions and parts.
• Execute maintenance schedules to ensure plant equipment operates within engineering standards.
• Maintain and implement AIB standards.
• Adhere to all safety policies and requirements.
• Identify root causes of major and recurring problems.
• Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System in accordance with legislation, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards, ensuring controls for hazards and risks, and achieving OH&S targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to read plans and schematic drawings relevant to the role.
• Knowledge of operating and automation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and technical issues.
• Capability to perform electrical and mechanical works independently.
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changes and new ideas.
• Ability to lead modifications and small projects.
• Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety (QFS) systems and policies.
• Understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and policies.
• Good written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to support and motivate others.
• Analytical thinking skills.
