What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our production lines running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll work directly with modern manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help improve how our plant operates day to day.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep operations moving
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
  • Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
  • Follow and promote strong safety and quality standards at all times

This is a hands-on role in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment where your technical skills matter, your ideas are heard, and your work has a visible impact every shift.
What We Look For:

    • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
    • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical or beverage preferred)
    • Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
    • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
    • Experience reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
    • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices in an industrial environment
    • Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and pride in workmanship
    • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP experience a plus

What We Offer:

The pay rate for this position is $32.00 per hour. Shift/Working Hours: Train 6:30AM-3:PM, Weekends will be: 7:AM - 7:PM
