Maintenance Technician with UAE Driving License

Maintenance Technician must follow the direction of his / her immediate Direction and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.

Electrical Maintenance:

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs, sockets, and cleaning or repairing circuit breaker panels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to ensure continuous functionality.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing to optimize performance and efficiency of equipment.
• Replace or repair faulty components and ensure proper operation of machinery.

HVAC and Refrigeration:

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, heating, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues to maintain environmental comfort.

Plumbing and Heating Systems:

• Maintain plumbing systems, including inspecting and repairing leaks, clogs, and other issues.
• Ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.

General Repairs:

• Perform manual repairs as needed, including fixing locks, replacing windows, and other minor fixes.
• Conduct carpentry, painting, and other upkeep tasks to maintain facility standards.

Facility Maintenance:

• Conduct general upkeep procedures and perform tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all areas of the facility.

The job description shall be revised as per the requirements and on the discretion of the Company.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
